    Kevin Dougherty

    Founder and CEO

    Kevin Dougherty is the former President of Sun Life in Canada. In this role, he led Sun Life’s Canadian Business Group for 12 years, and was responsible for Sun Life’s Group businesses in Canada for almost 20 years.

    Kevin now serves as an LP investor and Advisor in the VC world focused primarily on the Financial Services sector.

    Rohit Das

    Cofounder and COO

    Rohit Das brings extensive experience in building businesses from the ground-up. He spent a majority of his 17 year career at one of the top insurance brokerage firms, Willis Towers Watson, where he held a number of roles spanning Corporate Strategy, Research and Innovation, Client Management, and, Corporate Ventures.

    Rohit holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, UofT, where he was a Dean’s List Award recipient for academic excellence.

Our leadership team combines decades of experience in the insurance and group benefits industry with deep understanding of the private capital markets.

This unique vantage point allowed us to see a powerful opportunity—to adapt a time-tested, trusted financial model to solve the distinct challenges faced by Limited Partners and investment firms today.
