    Kevin Dougherty

    Founder and CEO

    Kevin Dougherty is the former President of Sun Life in Canada. In this role, he led Sun Life’s Canadian Business Group for 12 years, and was responsible for Sun Life’s Group businesses in Canada for almost 20 years.

    Kevin now serves as an LP investor and Advisor in the VC world focused primarily on the Financial Services sector.

    Rohit Das

    Cofounder and COO

    Rohit Das brings extensive experience in building businesses from the ground-up. He spent a majority of his 17 year career at one of the top insurance brokerage firms, Willis Towers Watson, where he held a number of roles spanning Corporate Strategy, Research and Innovation, Client Management, and, Corporate Ventures.

    Rohit holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, UofT, where he was a Dean’s List Award recipient for academic excellence.

    Hugh Kerr

    Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer

    Hugh Kerr is a well-recognized commercial lawyer, and one of Canada’s leading experts on Group Plans. He provided legal support to Canada’s largest Group Savings provider, for almost 25 years. His work spanned product development, contract negotiations, distribution matters, and regulatory affairs, in support of many of his firm's largest Group Wealth clients and partners.

    Hugh’s reputation as a great partner and problem-solver is widely known in the industry.

    Michael Perry

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Michael Perry has 30 years of experience in insurance, group savings, and retail banking. He has led many parts of the value chain, including sales, marketing, operations, project management, risk management, and strategy development.

    Michael has successfully driven growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in adjacent markets and applying innovative concepts across various industry verticals.

    Anatol is a former EVP at Scotiabank, and was CEO of a number of the Bank’s operations around the world. He has been a successful Venture Capital investor for over 10 years, and today is Chairman of a boutique Venture Capital firm, known as The Group Ventures. Anatol brings a unique blend of experience working with large and small partner firms to create value through technology and innovative business models.

    Chief Client Officer, Osler

    Chanda is Chief Client Officer at Olser, Hoskin, and Harcourt, one of Canada’s most prestigious law firms, with the largest clientele in the venture economy. Chanda has a background in venture herself, as a GP in a boutique venture firm, and prior to that, as the leader in Investment Banking and subsequently, the Venture Team at one of Canada’s largest banks.

    John is a PhD, and one of Canada’s leading voices and experts on Group Plan Governance. He was Founder and CEO of Cortex Applied Research which consulted to plan sponsors across North America on matters of Investment Principles, and Board Governance, including many of the largest pension plans in Canada for over 20 years.

    David leads the Business Development team in Central Canada at BFL Canada, one of Canada’s leading advisors in Risk Management, and Group Benefits and Savings Programs. David has an extensive background in working with industry associations and their member firms to create unique customized solutions. With almost 40 years of experience in the Group business, David and his firm bring a unrivalled capability to the PCSG team.
